Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026 ・ 日本語

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using OshiVerse (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (About the App)

The App is an iOS and iPadOS app provided by an individual developer that lets you check the live-stream status and video information of multiple VTubers in one place and watch them in Multi-View. Content is displayed using YouTube API Services and the embedded Twitch player. The App is not provided or endorsed by YouTube, Google, or Twitch.

Article 2 (Agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service)

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also review the Google Privacy Policy.

Article 3 (Paid Plans and Purchases)

  1. OshiVerse Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Your Apple ID account is charged when the purchase is confirmed, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription from "Settings" on your iPhone → your name → "Subscriptions."
  2. The Support Plan is a one-time purchase that places a channel you choose in the App's PR placement for a set period. The numbers of viewers and sign-ups shown are estimates and do not guarantee any results. If the content of a listing violates these Terms or the terms of any relevant service, the listing may be withdrawn.
  3. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply. The license to use the App is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Article 4 (Accounts)

Signing in with Google ("Link YouTube"), Apple, or Twitch is optional. You can use the main features without signing in. You can delete your account at any time from "Settings" → "Delete account" in the App, and the oshi (favorite streamers) list, layout order, and settings saved on the server will also be deleted.

Article 5 (Posting Comments)

Comments you post to a live chat from the App are posted to YouTube with your own YouTube account, and YouTube's terms and Community Guidelines apply to them. You are responsible for the content of your posts. You can report or block inappropriate comments and users using YouTube's own features.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Acts that defame or slander others, or infringe on their rights
  3. Acts that interfere with the operation of the App, or access the servers by unauthorized means
  4. Acts that violate the terms of service of YouTube or Twitch
  5. Reselling or redistributing information obtained through the App to third parties without permission

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The information displayed by the App (such as live-stream status, video information, and subscriber counts) is obtained from the official YouTube and Twitch APIs and from public information, and the developer does not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 8 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue providing it. If the paid plans are to be discontinued, we will notify you in advance within the App.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

These Terms may be changed as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
